Summary of Operation:
Help SMEs ’Achieve their Vision’ by offering a free Strategic Health Check service leading to a full strategic planning, advice and implementation service. Franchise owners will provide individual health assessments, create strategies and ‘get on the pitch’ to help businesses grow by whatever means necessary.
Ideal Franchise Owner:
People who possess general business managerial skills, sales and/or marketing experience, good communication and people skills and a practical, problem-solving mindset. Experience of building a business and good leadership skills would also be beneficial.
Franchise owners receive 10 days full residential training, an induction to the marketplace and a copy of the Operations Manual. Follow up training in the field of a further 10 days is also provided.
Head Office is in Newton Le Willows.
Support is ongoing and includes an online suite of business tools, regular visits from the support team, a complete exhibition kit, marketing materials, a laptop and key applications, website presence and marketing and sales strategies.
